Beef Bourguignon ~ Julie & Julia
其實通常是看了某部作品而啟發了做某道菜餚,但我卻是相反。因爲老公的關係,對於法國料理略懂皮毛,近來因為疫情的關係已經好久沒回家鄉,為了一解老公的思鄉情愁,特地做了Beef Bourguignon(紅酒燉牛肉)來讓他解鄉愁,因而想起了跟這道菜有關的電影 Julie & Julia! 既然都採用了Julia Child的食譜,沒看過這部電影有點說不過去。看完後很喜歡這部片,喜歡Julia Child 開朗、爽快、積極進取的個性,更欣賞她跟丈夫和諧、融洽的相處模式!
