Hello from France 🇫🇷 Today I cooked a delicious recipe from our beloved chef Paul Bocuse, chicken sautéed in cream like Louhans. I really wanted to try my beautiful Staub pan 😃 Brown the chicken on each side then remove from the heat and cook the onion, shirted garlic, carrots and mushrooms. Then I added the chicken, good quality white wine and heavy cream. Let simmer while the smell is floating around the house 🤤 Bon appétit🍴
